What is Berrywork?
Berrywork is a method of physical therapy. It is a combination of correction sections and massage techniques including cartilage and tissue just below the skin called fascia. Berrywork, known as the berry method, focuses on tissue that surrounds muscles, joints, nerves and blood vessels, and stimulates the body to the self -service and balance. This displacement and stretching slowly forces the body back to its natural state and should restore the correct balance. It is known that Berrywork heals the disease so far that problems with sinus, weak bladder, frozen shoulders and hernia. These techniques, popular in Sweden for centuries, consist of fine massages. These massages work to relax spa, proper distortion and treatment of skeletal muscles and organs. Berrywork often applies mechanical understanding of the body and accurate joint and muscle processing back to the site through easy massage and slow and strong movements.
This workE is known as the location of muscle and organs and showed the mechanical aspect of Berry's method. Berry believed that the body had memory and tried to bring back to a normal, healthy condition, and would allow the relocation of muscles and organs to the site of massage. Berry believed that distortion of the inner components of the body, muscles, tendons and ligaments led to the main mechanical problems of the rest of the body, most importantly to the spine.
Berrywork was developed by Lauren Berry, Sr., a registered physiotherapist who was often considered a "mechanic". Berry looked like an engineering project with a structural problem that had to be repaired. First he learned from the neighboring doctor as a child and soon began to heal his family and friends with their massage methods. After studying anatomy, physiology, autopsy rooms and Berry corpses, he soon developed his method into organized practice.
TheBerrywork method developed after Berry's death in 1983 with the Institute for Integral Health, Inc. Institute was originally launched by seven advanced BerrYHO advanced students who learned before his death and worked with the founder. Berrywork is primarily taught at the University of Berkeley and is certified only through a five -year program. However, there are many workshops worldwide that teach the main principles of the Berry method. These provide individual training at specific places of common injuries throughout the body, such as knee and ankle, two of the joints most perfectly repaired through Berrywork.
