What is energy kinesiology?
Energy kinesiology is a form of alternative medicine in which the patient and practitioners cooperate on the identification and correction of areas of weakness and imbalance in the body. Many healing techniques including acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, energy healing and psychotherapy to achieve results. Because energy kinesiology is non -invasive, people of all age groups and levels of fitness can benefit from energy kinesiological sessions if the open mind is approaching. The connection between the meridians and the internal organs was the old concept of thousands of years of Chinese medicine, but Goodheart also suspected that muscles could be used to collect information about body health, through a process called muscle testing that began to grow with its patients. In the 1970s of the 20th century, the term “applied kinesiology” began to use a woman named Donna Eden, who also popularized the technique.
during energyThe kinesiological sessions place the practitioner of the limb in a particular position, depending on the organ it is solved and applies a small amount of pressure on the main muscles. The body's response is recorded and is used to determine whether this organ and meridian are in a state of balance or need work. If the muscle fails to keep the position in testing, it suggests that there is an imbalance of energy that must be repaired. This process is called biofeedback because it collects information about the body from the body.
Once the imbalance is identified, in different ways, including massage, acupuncture, psychotherapy, reflexology, crystal work, nutritional advice, play, visualization and guided energy work can be used to solve it. Once the imbalance is processed, the muscle is tested and re -tested until the body begins to react. Some patients respond well to energy kinesiology because it integrates a wide range of medicinal techniques and provides more modalities of treatment into a single session.
