What is Gatorade®?

Gatorade®, or Gatorade® G As a product, it was a re-brand like the beginning of 2009, a popular sports drink invented in 1965 by a team of scientists at the University of Florida. The drink is named in honor of Florida Gators university teams. He was developed by university scientists after the coach assistant asked the research team to help think of a way to help athletes to cope with hot weather. When the research revealed that athletes lost electrolytes and important fluids, as well as sweat carbohydrates, Gatorade® was created to replace the lost nutrients. Electroyltes are salts and minerals that need to be supplemented in the body. Interestingly, Florida Gators began to improve in their victories overall after the teams began to drink Gatorade® in games. Other university sports teams began to order Gatorade® and until 1983, Product was the official sports drink of the National Football League (NFL). Later it became an official drink of many professional sports groups.

In 1998, the Barrington in Illinois was created by the Sports Science Gatorade® Institute to continue research in the field of electrolyte and carbohydrate loss in athletes. Drinking Gatorade® In-Car was developed in 2001 to successfully help drivers of racing cars remain properly hydrated during high temperatures. Also in 2001, the performance of the Performance series, energy bar and gatorade® Performance Series. In 2005, Gatorade® Endurance products were created to deal with the needs of electrolytes of endurance athletes such as runners.

Gatorade® Endurance Formula sports drink has a high level of sodium as needed by endurance athletes, but most other Gatorade® varieties have a low sodium. Sodium in one type of electrolyte lost sweat - others are potassium, magnesium and calcium. Gatorade®, or Gatorade® G, contains different amounts of electrolytes depending on conCristening line of drink. Many sports drinks contain vitamins and most of them have corn syrup like carbohydrate. The Gatorade® Tiger Sports Drink was created in 2008 for Golf for Tiger Woods. Woods chose cool fusion/lemon lime, red units/cherry and quiet/grape for the Product's flavour options. In re-randing at least six Gatorade® product lines from 2009, the Tiger drink was renamed Focus. To the drink was added thEanin, an amino acid found in tea that is expected to improve mental concentration. Tiger Woods continued to support the new Focus Gatorade® line.
