What is muscle fatigue?
muscle fatigue occurs when muscles cannot develop normal power, or when more effort is needed than to achieve the required level of force. There are a number of causes of muscle fatigue, from fatigue caused by exercise to genetic conditions that lead to muscle weakness. Doctors and scientists have conducted a number of studies to learn how and why muscles are tired or do not work normally, because muscle fatigue is considered a physical problem that can be very dangerous to patients. Some studies have also resulted in disruption of calcium flow through muscles. Fatigue caused by exercise is usually not considered a serious health problem, because after resting and people can train their bodies to gain greater endurance so that they are not fatigue so quickly. Muscle fatigue is also directional with the type of exercise in which someone is involved, and athletes often change their routines and intensity of their training for this reason.
If physical to usHA is not an obvious cause of muscle fatigue, or when minimal exertion leads to severe fatigue, it can become the cause of fear. Muscle weakening is a problem not only because they contribute to a decrease in the quality of life, but because muscle weakness can eventually lead to heart problems and problems with breathing and some chronic condition such as Lou Gehrig's disease, also known as ALS, in fact cause death because the patient slowly becomes and stops breathing.
Theprocesses in several areas of the body can contribute to muscle fatigue, including problems with muscles and nerve cells at the point of fatigue, along with problems with the central and peripheral nervous system. When the pacant represents chronic muscle fatigue, the doctor can use a number of tests, including stress tests, to detect the cause of muscle fatigue and learn more about it. The doctor may also look for related symptoms such as joint pain, tremor, etc.
A number of genetic and acquired conditions can lead to muscle fatigue. Treatment of these conditions differdepending on the patient and the disease. This treatment may vary from using drugs to control or eliminate the condition causing muscle weakness to physical therapy, which is designed to strengthen and state the patient's muscles to be more functional.
