What is Sharia?

Sharia is an Islamic law that is taken from the Qur'an and from other sources depending on the Muslim sect. The law can be exercised completely in theocracy, or can be used in part depending on the ground. Some of the mostly Islamic countries interpret sharia and have secular judicial systems. Some have secular and religious courts and others have courts based solely on strict interpretations of Sharia.

When Sharia is used in theocracy, it controls all aspects of life. He says what to eat, punishment for adultery, how one can get divorce or what clothing is required. Sharia can be modernized and interpreted, but it is more common in countries recognized by the secular court. When there is a separation between the Church and the State, Sharia manages social behavior, but does not provide punishment for violating social behavior or criminal behavior. It is not considered a bad attempt to try fiqh , so it is best to interpret Sharii. In determining the law, other books can be considered except for Kthe crop. For example, Sunni Muslims tend to use the Qur'an and Sunna to determine the laws. Some Muslims use only the Qur'an for legal leadership.

The interpretation of Sharia and its importance concerns four basic groups of Islamic thinking. Salafis advocates a return to old Islamic ways and tries to strictly observe the laws of the Qur'an. Secularist Muslims, wishing a clear department between Sharia and Civil and Criminal laws. Traditionalists tend to follow Sharii, but try to align it with the modern world, especially in the case of women's rights. The reformers support new Islamic theories on legal management, especially when they relate to modern women.

Sharia interpretation can cause bmezi disagreement by Muslim sects and various Islamic countries. However, some laws are always applicable. For example, blasphemy is never allowed. Codes about dresses, divorce, circumcision and diet law JSOU, however, very interpretative. It is valuable to understand the extent to which the country is held by traditional sharia before visiting this country.
