What Are the Blood Vessels of the Brain?
Cerebrovascular, full name cerebrovascular disease. Usually divided into two categories of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease (cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage) and ischemic cerebrovascular disease (cerebral embolism, transient ischemic attack, cerebral thrombosis).

- (1) Cerebral hemorrhage refers to hemorrhage of ruptured cerebral parenchyma, excluding traumatic cerebral hemorrhage. Mostly caused by hypertension, cerebral arteriosclerosis, tumors, etc.
- (2) Subarachnoid hemorrhage is caused by blood flowing directly into the subarachnoid space due to rupture and bleeding of blood vessels on the brain surface and the bottom of the brain. Common causes include aneurysm rupture, vascular malformations, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, and hematological diseases.
