What is a fungiform papilla?

Fungiform papilla is a small organ on the surface of the human language and is named for its wide flat upper surface and a long narrow lower structure, which resembles a fungus. It is one of the four types of papillae found scattered through the tongue and is particularly focused on the tip and sides. On the upper or epithelial surface of each fungal papilla, the taste bud, which can distinguish between five different feelings of taste: sour, sweet, bitter, salty and art, which is a Japanese word that refers to tasting or deliciousness. Mushroom papilla is part of the gustator system, which is a sensory system related to the feeling of taste. There are four different types of connective tissue in the human body: epithelial, muscle, skeletal and nervous connective tissue. The seventh cranial nerve, which is also called the nerves of the face, innervates the fungal papilla and allows the sensory information collected in the mouth to travel to the brain.

popularThe thy nerve explodes from the brain stem, which is the lower back of the brain that attaches to the spinal cord. The brain stem consists of a pon, middle brain and Medully Oblongata. The seventh cranial nerve comes from Medully Obrongat and pony and controls the muscles of the face expression. The rock nerve is one of the twelve paired skull nerves that are used to innervate the head and neck, allowing the engine movement and the transfer of sensory information, usually in the form of taste, to travel to the brain for processing.

Human tongue has four types of papillas: sponge, conic, hollate and filiform. Vallate papillae, which are also known as Circurmallate papille, are vaulted structures, which are sometimes described as in the shape of a dome. They differ from eight to twelve, are arranged in rows and are located in the back of the mouth just in front of the tongue root.

filiform papillae are elongated, narrow V -shaped structures that do not have taste buildings and are not part of the gustator system. Are the most common of the four types of linGval papillary and are found distributed fungal papillae. The tapered papillae that resemble filiform papillas, but are smaller, are projections found along the back of the tongue.
