What is a binary integer?
The binary system is a type of numerical system that uses simplified notation to reduce our modern counting only on integers and zero. The binary integer is one of these and zeros that form a binary chain and is a whole number. It is used in what some call the "Base-2" system, unlike the counting system, which the modern world commonly uses, called "Base-10", because it uses ten as a specific unit for the construction of larger integers. Base-2 uses only one and zero, so for this system is the "highest number".
