What is the Reballer Kettle?
The pot of the kettle is a heat exchanger used in the chemical distillation process. This shell type exchanger has a large open boiling surface similar to a teapot on the kitchen stove. It is usually a container at the bottom of the distillation column. The vessel receives a condensate from the separation tank over it and returns the steam to provide thermal energy of the column. Rebair design allows continuous heat transfer.
The distillation column separates the compounds on the basis of their boiling boiling pressure of the column. The column consists of a series of separation phases of the distributed vertical. In each stage, the ratio of one component will be in the liquid phase and the same component in the gaseous phase in the balance and function of the stage temperature and the pressure of the column. The only one can consist of a physical tray or a place on a continuous medium, for example in a column filled with glass beads.
In multiple compensation, several side flows plus reunds can be removed from the column. Each current is concentrated in the desireno compound or in a small mixture of similar compounds. The heat travels on the column in the form of hot steam. The steam condenses on a tray or phase and releases heat in the liquid at this stage. Some compounds absorb heat, cook and transmit heat up.
liquids that do not pull, overflow the stage and fall to a lower level. Since this balance process is determined from phase to phase, the components are separated and pulled out. The new feed is added to a column design based. The heat is constantly added to the column via the reflective of the kettle to the bottom.
Shell-and-Tube Thermal exchangers operate in tight contact with two separate flows of liquid at different temperatures. The tubes resemble a collection of straws in the cylinder closely adjacent. The lifts are connected over the pipes in the head and the rear of the bundle. Colder liquid can be on the side of the shell or tube. HeatIt goes through the conductivity over the walls of the tube towards the colder liquid.
The pot of the kettle varies from a typical heat exchanger of shell and tube in that there is a large open space above the tube bundle. Process fluid is on the side of the shell, where it cooks a distillation column for separation. The tube side carries hot fluid consisting of steam or other procedural fluid with a higher temperature. The cost of the kettle rebellion runs 15% to 25% higher than the equivalent size of the heat exchanger with the shell and the tube due to a larger shell and an increased port size.
