What is an atomic smasher?

"atom Smasher" is a color term for particle accelerator, a device that accelerates elementary particles (protons, electrons and each other at significant fractions of light speed to probes their internal make-up. Physicists have been building particles since 1931, California in Berke. Matters instead of exploring space as a telescope, the particles explore the "interior" of the atom. It knocks down due to thermal excitation.

atom Smashers historically built to answer questions as: "What is the behavior of antimatter?" "Which smaller particles make an atom?" "What are the exact properties of forces between and inside these atoms?" and "What are the basic particles?" Using atomic breaking, physics have learned a huge amount of the basic structure of matter that can find applications in many technological areas, including our understanding of nuclear energy and how to make the most efficient solar cells.

The Most Modern Atom Smasher, The LHC, Was Built to Answer Questions Like, "Howt to Particles Get Their Mass?" "WHY APPARENT VIOLATIONS OF THE SYMMETRY BETWEEN MATTER AND ANTIMATTER?", And "What is dark matter and dark energy?"Ole. Only with these huge particle accelerators can physics re -create conditions, because the universe existed a fraction of a second after a big bang and plunged light on these difficult questions.
