What are holographic printers?
Holographic printer is a device that prints three -dimensional images of the object using laser light. They are much more complicated devices compared to two -dimensional printers and are much more expensive. Holographic printers are used in many industries to control currency counterfeiting and authentication of sensitive documents such as checks, debit cards and product labels. Many high -quality holographic printers are available commercially on the market, which allows you to print three -dimensional images in full color and high resolution. It was not a viable technique, and further research focused on finding a way to optically combine information from multiple photos from different opinions. The data obtained from normal sequence photos of the object was used to create a temporary hologram on the screen screen of the liquid crystal or LCD display. No Physv of this approach was needed by ICal objects. This optical image worked as a master from which other holograms could be printed using HoloGraphic printers.
printing methodologies that require a transient hologram from which the final hologram can be obtained is referred to as a two -stage holographic print. A one -stage holographic printing scheme was also created, in which a viable hologram is created without the need for a transitional image. Both approaches have their advantages and disadvantages. The two -stage printing process requires sensitive materials and uses wet processing as opposed to a one -stage system that only requires dry processing and uses materials such as photopolymers. Holograms generated in a one -stage process may suffer from pixeling, a problem that probably does not occur in the two -stage holographic press process.
holographic printer adjustable slots on both sides and are made so that no shadows can project on the film plate. Pulse laser lights are used to readImage from LCD to create a complex three -dimensional image that is printed. The last holographic printing can be displayed in normal white light and the same image is visible from different angles.
Digital images provide data that digital holographic printers use 3-D holograms to create a pixel look. These holographic printers use pulse blue, green and red laser beams to convert a series of images into a hologram, which is printed on a photo -sensitive material. Digital data used to create the main hologram can come either from a real object or from a 3-D virtual object. Data can also be mathematically manipulated to correct errors that result in optical distortion.
