What is digital screen printing?
Digital printing on the screen prints design on fabric or other substrates using computer design. The substrates can be composed of foam, fabric, vinyl or other materials. Traditional screen printing is a mechanical technique in which the ink is applied to a substrate via a network screen or a series of network screens.
The method has an ancient history. Sometimes it is referred to as Silkscreen printing because silk was historically used in the origin of the process in Asia thousands of years ago. The substrate is a surface to which the ink is applied.
The process is automated using Piezo of the Electric Printing Heads. The same technology is also used in printers of color ink desktop computers. A computer design used in digital screen printing technology significantly increased the potential of this print method.
Complex, complicated patterns can be created using a computer design program, then these designs can be released in an automated way. From the Diprocess PrintWith the gital screen, it uses ink ink inks, the durability of the finished product is not as high as it used traditional printing methods on the screen. Digital clothing is often used to adapt to sports teams, clubs, associations and other similar applications. In this technology, shorter printing runs are usually used. For longer runs, traditional screen printing is usually used because it is more cost -effective.
Fully color graphic reproduction on the substrate is achieved using a four color ink process, in which each ink color is compressed by design by cutting from the network material. Cyan, purple, yellow and black inks are used in four color prints, because virtually any color can be reproduced using different amounts of each of these colors. As ink passes through small holes, a formula is created by merging different layers of ink. The heat is applied to the repair of the design on the substrate. Digital printing on the screen automates what was previously an expensive and tiring process that required settings and is not economically practical for small press runs.
Commercial gradents of digital printing machines on digital screen are several tracks wide and can accommodate tasks that include their own fabric printing roles for fashion designers or printing large brands. Smaller machines are available for fans or small businesses selling clothing or other articles. Products that are created by digital screen printing are used in the marking and production of patterns printed on clothing and textiles.
