What is Shilling?
Shilling (zero) xinlián: The shilling (zero) tribe is the largest tribe of Xiqiao, and the name of shilling (zero) first appeared in Han Shu Zhao Chongguo. Their place of origin is in the small and large Yugu on the banks of the Cizhi River Valley (now west of Guide County on the southern bank of the Qinghai River Qu). At the beginning of the Western Han Dynasty, some shillings (zero) developed to the south of Huangshui, and soon to the north of Huangshui. Part of it developed westward to the vicinity of Yanchi, Qinghai. By the beginning of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the shilling (zero) department gradually moved eastward, and developed to the east of Jincheng County, Hanyang (Tianshui), and Fufeng.
