What are College Credit Hours?

Hubei Provincial Price Bureau introduced that Hubei Province will begin to implement college credit system fees this fall. Tuition fees include two parts: professional registration tuition fees and course credit tuition fees. The former is charged according to the academic year, and the latter is based on the principle of "selecting courses first and paying later. Among them, the tuition fee standard for each credit is proposed by the colleges and universities according to the total credits stipulated in the talent training plan, and is reported to the provincial price bureau, the provincial finance department, and the provincial education department for approval. The credit standard for all courses in the same school must be uniform.
After the internship credit system, for those students who fail the first exam, colleges and universities give them a chance to make up for free and retake the exam; if students fail the retake, the school can charge credits for tuition; (Such as minors, double degrees, re-education, etc.), credits will be charged based on actual credits.
Students applying for a waiver course must complete the course assignments and exams as required, and pay 1/4 of the credit for the course; students who apply for a waiver course or attend an audit need not pay the course credit. [3]
