What Does a Loading Master Do?
Packing Master, the English name is LoadMaster, is an intelligent container packing software developed by Beijing Dawei Hengtong Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Boxing Master
- Boxer,
- The software has released the following versions:
- Packing Master-Free Edition (Free forever)
- Packing Master-Pallet Edition
- Packing Master-Cylindrical Edition
- Packing Master-Enterprise Edition
- Packing Master-Web Edition
- The free design version is the most mature and feature-rich version of the six versions.
- Free version: Supports the core algorithm functions of the enterprise version, and supports the optimization of multiple goods and multiple containers
- 1 Friendly interface and simple operation.
- 2 single container or multiple containers, and
- Loading rules, that is, the manner in which the goods can be loaded into containers such as containers or containers, and whether there are rich and realistic loading rules are important criteria for judging the quality of a packing software.
- The loading rules supported by the Packer Master system are as follows:
- 1 Cargo direction setting. In other words, how can the goods be placed in the container? There are usually three ways to place regular cubes, namely, vertical, horizontal and sideways. Specifically, the three sides of the cube's length, width and height are used as the bottom surface. Three types of display methods are formed; considering that a certain kind of goods only supports one display direction, that is, only one surface can be used as the bottom surface, and the display method can be expanded to a maximum of six. Support "Lift First".
- 2 Maximum stacking layers. That is, the maximum number of layers that can be stacked in the vertical direction.
- 3 Load capacity setting. The load-bearing capacity of different goods is different. Setting a reasonable load-bearing capacity can avoid damage to the goods caused by the excessive weight of the goods placed on the upper floor.
- 4 Floating treatment. In actual packing work, the upper cargo is not strictly required to be fully supported by the lower cargo, and the unsupported part is suspended. Setting the suspending ratio meets the needs of actual packing work, and can also make fuller use of container space.
- 5 Simulate the gap. If the cargo is fragile, it needs to be filled with buffer materials; or it is easily deformed under load-bearing conditions; or if it needs to add reinforcement such as wooden boards, it is necessary to leave a gap when designing the packing scheme.
- 6 Whether it can carry itself. That is, whether the same kind of goods can be placed in the vertical direction. If the goods are too heavy and can only be placed on the bottom and only one layer, they need to be set to not carry themselves.
- 7 Avoid corner pieces automatically. The corner pieces are two fasteners on the top corners of the interior of the container. In actual packing, if corner pieces are taken into consideration, it is easy for the goods to be almost completely loaded into the container. The Packing Master system has the function of avoiding corner pieces automatically. The user needs to set the corner piece size when selecting the container. The software will automatically avoid the corner pieces when designing the packing scheme.
- 8 Set the priority. That is to set the loading priority and order of the goods. This function can mainly deal with the following situations: LCL; need to unload at different locations, let some goods be loaded first and then unload; and ensure that certain goods will not be dropped.
- 9 Edit manually. That is, try the mouse to manually adjust the goods in the container, exchange goods between containers, and even design a packing solution completely manually.
- 10 Congestion. That is, the cargo is congested into the gap between the cargoes or the unused space in the container, which is suitable for the case where there are many types of cargoes and large differences in size.
- 11 Cross depth. That is, when goods of different priorities are placed, the degree of intersection of goods of different priorities is allowed.
