2.1 Registration conditions

Those who meet one of the following conditions may apply to take a professional examination for tenderers:

(1) A college degree in economics, engineering, law, or management, with a minimum of 6 years of work, including 4 years of professional work in tendering and procurement;

(2) A bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, law or management, with a minimum of 4 years of work, of which 3 years of professional work in tendering and procurement;

(3) Graduated with a double bachelor's degree or graduate degree including majors in economics, engineering, law, or management, and has worked for at least three years, including two years in professional tendering and procurement;

(4) to obtain a master's degree in economics, engineering, law or management, with a minimum of two years of work, including one year of professional work in tendering and procurement;

(5) Having obtained a doctorate degree in economics, engineering, law or management, and engaged in tendering and purchasing for at least one year;

(6) Those who have obtained the above-mentioned academic qualifications or degrees in other disciplines will have their years of professional work in tendering and procurement correspondingly increased by 2 years.

2.4 Examination cycle:

According to the "2013 Provisional Regulations on the Professional Qualification System of Tenderers and the Implementation Measures for Examinations" issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, starting from 2015, the results of the bidder's examinations will be implemented as a rolling management method for a period of 4 years. Participate in the examination subject and pass within the examination year . Only then can the qualification certificate of the tenderer be obtained. ^[1]

Note: Tenderer's vocational qualification examination results are implemented in a rolling cycle of 4 years. 2.6 Certificate Registration:

The registration certificate is valid for 3 years. The registration certificate is the practice certificate of the tenderer within the validity period, which is kept and used by the tenderer himself. For initial registration, an application for registration shall be filed within one year from the date of obtaining the tenderer's qualification certificate. When an overdue application is made for initial registration, it must meet the continuing education requirements of these regulations. Those who pass the vocational qualification examination for tenderers shall be issued with the "People's Republic of China Tenderer Professional Level Certificate" printed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China and supervised by the National Development and Reform Commission and printed by the China Tendering Association. this certificate is valid throughout the country.

Qualified personnel who have participated in the professional level examination of the bidders within 3 months of the examination will bring their recent uncovered photo, relevant certificates and original certificates to the relevant department for qualification review, and they can receive the certificate only after passing the review.
