What Does an Emergency Services Director Do?

Wang Tao, male, Han nationality, born in January 1982, member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Northwest University for Nationalities with a law major, university degree, director of Qinghai Pioneer Emergency Rescue Center. ^[1]

Although young, Wang Tao is an "old" volunteer with many years of volunteering experience. He can be seen in the front line of rescue at home and abroad, as well as in various public welfare care and assistance activities that help the elderly and the disabled and care for the children of migrant workers. He initiated the establishment of Qinghai Pioneer Emergency Rescue Center and became a very distinctive Pioneer charity team in Qinghai. He led the team to participate in a series of humanitarian rescue missions and various public welfare activities at home and abroad, including the Yushu earthquake in Qinghai and the humanitarian search and rescue mission in Myanmar. ^[1]

He has won the China Youth Volunteer Outstanding Individual Award, the Ministry of Civil Affairs' first batch of outstanding five-star volunteers, and the Qinghai Youth May Fourth Medal. ^[1]
