- 1. Under the leadership of the deputy general manager, he is responsible for presiding over the overall work of the department, organizing and urging departmental personnel to fully complete various tasks within the scope of responsibility of the department;
- 2. Implement the post responsibility system and working standards of this department, keep close contact with production, personnel, planning, finance, quality and other departments, and strengthen cooperation with relevant departments;
- 3 Organize the formulation of product sales, storage, storage and storage systems. Clarify sales work standards, establish and improve a sales management network, and do a good job of coordination, guidance, scheduling, inspection, and evaluation;
- 4 Responsible for organizing the preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans, timely and reasonable signing of supply contracts, ensuring the completion of sales plan indicators, saving sales costs, timely withdrawal of funds, and accelerating the company's capital turnover;
- 5. Strengthen the basic work of warehouse management. Carefully handle the procedures for the entry and exit of products, conduct regular clearance and inventory work, and do a good job in the safety and fire protection of the products in the warehouse;
- 6. Responsible for compiling sales statistics. Do a good job of the basic management of sales statistics and accounting, establish and standardize the accounting procedures of various original records, statistical ledger, and reports, summarize and fill in annual, quarterly, and monthly sales statistics reports, and choose to write sales statistics analysis reports in time to serve the company's leadership decision ;
- 7. Responsible for sales scheduling and transportation of overseas branches and marketing outlets. Collect and prepare product demand plans in a timely manner, reasonably balance product supply, do a good job of liaising with external sales points, organize product transportation and deployment, and improve the transfer procedures in the shipping process;
- 8. Responsible for doing market research, analysis and forecasting. Do a good job of collecting, sorting and feedbacking market information, grasping market trends, actively opening new distribution outlets in a timely, reasonable, and effective manner, striving to expand business channels, and continuously expanding the market share of the company's products;
- 9. Responsible for quality service and after-sales service. Strengthen the education of business personnel, visit users, deal with user complaints in a timely manner, and improve corporate reputation;
- 10 Responsible for the assessment, evaluation and management education of marketing personnel. Caring about the life and ideological trends of marketing staff, doing patient and meticulous ideological education, and preventing economic crimes;
- 11. Have the right to propose subordinate section heads and managers to supervisors, and evaluate their work;
- 12. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders on time.

- 4 Attend the marketing conference held by this department.
