What Kind of Jobs Can I Get with a Tourism Management Degree?

The Master of Tourism Administration (MTA) is an educational program established by the Ministry of Education in 2010 to train high-level applied talents in the tourism and related industries. ^[1] In the context of the rapid development of China's tourism industry, the Master's Degree Committee of the State Council approved the establishment of a Master of Tourism Administration (MTA) in March 2010 ^[1] . In September 2010, the MTA was included in the national unified admissions program for graduate students in 2011, allowing admission at 57 MTA authorized locations in 24 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. The secretariat of the National MTA Education Steering Committee is anchored at Nankai University. ^[2]
