What Is an Intermediate Stock?

Interim stocks are stocks that take the middle value of the current price and the denomination as the new stock issue price. Intermediate issues are mostly used for shareholder distribution. When issuing at current prices, in principle, the issuing company should return the income from the difference to shareholders, that is, to use dividends to digest the difference. [1]
