What Are Atypical Melanocytes?
Precancerous non-mole-like melanoma, also known as Hutchinson freckles or Dubreuilh precancerous localized melanosis, is a precursor lesion of malignant melanoma. It is common in middle-aged and elderly people, and it occurs on the skin that is often exposed to sunlight. The face is most common, and it can also occur in non-exposed areas.
