What are the big data?

Large data is data measurement that has grown so large that normal databases are unable to include and work with a huge amount of information. Data come in three sizes: small, medium and large; None of these measurements is strict; Instead, everyone depends more on easy use and what type of machine can process information. Special machines are needed for large data, much larger and complex than those used for common databases. These types of data usually occur in government and scientific agencies, but some very large websites also contain this large amount of information. Small data can adapt to a single computer or machine such as a laptop. Medium data are able to fit into the disk field and are best managed by a database. Databases, no matter how big, are unable to work with large data and instead of special systems are used. Although there is no strict instructions for what are large data, usually ties around the interestoutside terabytes (TB) and goes up to the level of petabyte (PB).

Attempting to work with large data on a database that is not specialized for this amount of data will cause several significant problems. The database is unable to handle the amount of information, so some data must be deleted. It is like trying to mount 100 gigabytes (GB) on a computer with just 50 GB of hard disk space; It can't be done. The remaining data will be unauthorized for control and management, as any function would complete long and the database must be closed for new submissions.

Although it is possible to leave the purchase of machines and add new data to the databases, it creates a difficult problem. The reason is that database software is only produced for working with medium data. Larger data sets lead to errors and administrative problems, because the software simply cannot move or work large data without meeting problems.

Most oRganization or websites did not meet with great data. Defense and military agencies use this amount of information to create models and test results and many large scientific agencies need these specialized machines for similar reasons. Some very large websites need large data machines, but the website is not as common as the agencies in this market. These organizations must maintain all their data as it helps to better analyze future data and create predictions.
