What is the counterweight of the forklift?
The trolley is a type of forklift, which uses a large counterweight to balance the weight raised forks. The trolley uses the heavy weight of the cast iron connected to the rear of the machine and will usually use the electric lift battery as part of the counterweight system. On large versions of the forklift, the soft rubber rear tires will usually be filled with chloride, a type of salt water to add weight to the back of the forklift. Adding weight to the back of the forklift will significantly increase the machine lifting capacity. The forklift attaches the weight on the back to face the pressure to switch to the front axle, allowing the forklift to remain on the level. Occasionally, even a counterweight with carts raises mining weights to light up on the rear tires. This can be a dangerous occurrence because the forklift uses rear tires to control the machine. By overloading the forks, the operator threatens by creating a converter condition.
It is important that the trolley operator knows the lifting capacity of its forklift and the estimated load weight to be raised. The hydraulic forklift system is normally strong to lift more capacity than a forklift, is evaluated for safe lifting. Having an excessively heavy load high in the air is not a good time to find that the forklift is overloaded. If the weight of the load is unknown, it is common for an operator of the forklift to slightly increase the load, then suddenly apply the brakes when converting forward. Any feeling of the rear of the hovering with a forklift is the reason to get a larger and a heavier forklift for lifting the load.
One problem with too much counterweight is that the maneuvering of the machine requires a larger area. A forklift can often come across racks and other items when the operator attempts to turnCIT in a narrow corridor to put the load on a stand or shelf. The use of rounded corners on the back of the counterweight with a forklift will help with a sharp turnover in areas with tight tolerances.
