What is a powder coating?
The powder coating machine is a device that applies protective coatings on metal parts similar to surface treatment as conventional liquid colors. The main difference between the two processes is the method that the coating is applied. In the case of a powder coating, a stream of positive powder is applied to the ground or negatively charged metal surface. This electrostatic method creates a better metal binding coating than can be possible in conventional colors and also offers several other advantages that are not possible with liquid coatings. In general, there are several different types of coating machines with a powder coating, with the most common variants of coron and tribbo spray weapons. This process is an effective and highly effective method of coating a wide range of consumer products from household appliances to garden furniture. These finishes are used with multiple types of coating machines with powder including spraying, electrostatic disk, electrostatic magnetic brush and Fluidn systemsThe bed. Of these, the types of sprays are most often found in most commercial applications. The most use machines for Corona and Tribo spray machines.
TheCoron -pistol coating machine consists of a powder dispenser, a high voltage generator, a coronic spray gun with powder feed hoses and a negative or ground connection. To control the Corona Gun system, the ground connection is connected to the workpiece and a suitable material with powder is loaded to the machine dispenser. The high voltage generator stimulates the electrode in the gun, giving a strong positive charge in the powder and creating a high energy electric field between it and the workpiece. This electric field serves as a motivating agent that attracts a positively charged power to the workpiece. After contact, the powder coating is connected to the metal surface, thus forming a uniform layer.
TRIBO -type powder -coating machineIt relies on the electric field to connect the powder to the metal surface, but uses compressed air to transport it by the TEFLON® tube and the nozzles towards the workpiece. The positive electric charge in the powder is lent by friction between it and the surface of the TEFLON® tube and connects the powder layer to the metal in the same way as the Coronian weapon method. After the coating of both systems, the workpiece often heats them so that the plastic coating spreads more evenly and completes the process of gluing and curing.
