What is a solenoid piston?

Solenoid plot is a movable part of solenoid that transmits linear movement from solenoid to a component designed for operation. Pluntár is usually an iron metal rod of a square or round cross -section designed to fit into the solenoid coil pocket. The electromagnetic field created in the solenoid coil pocket, when the device is activated, pulls the piston into the pocket, giving the above linear movement. Pilk solenoids are generally charged with springs, which serves to return to its neutral position when the cut -out is to the solenoid. Plungers solenoids can be made of solid construction or be laminated from several thinner layers of steel depending on the specifications of a particular device. These devices use electromagnetic forces to transmit linear motion by binding to control a range of devices, including G valves, ventilation shutters and machine components. They usually consist of a static wire coil with a pocket or an open core in their center. Solenoid piston is movable SOIt plays solenoid and is generally in the form of a square or round rod or rods made of different ferric alloys.

When it is in a neutral or inactive position, the piston is usually placed with one end near or just inside the opening of the coil pocket. When the electric current passes through the coil, an electromagnetic field is formed, which attracts the solenoid plunder and pulls it sharply into the coil pocket. The plunger is connected by different types of bonds with an item or device that the solenoid controls. The movement of the piston thus adds linear movement required by the control process.

Sprtr's chopper usually works against the pressure of strong Spring when activated. The magnetic field is strong enough to overcome the spring voltage while the solenoid is activated, but when the power supply is cut, the spring pulls or pushes the piston back to its neutral position. This effectively reset the process and prepares a solenoid for another working cycle. Solenoid plungers can be solid round or square sticks or consist of many thin plates stacked together and secured pins or rivets. This measure is usually a method of action against whirlpools in the coil and piston, which makes solenoid more efficient and at a lower temperature.
