2. Bubble problems may occur during wax injection or when the wax is conveyed into the wax mold, the flow velocity is too fast to generate turbulence and bubbles. This phenomenon can be solved by reducing the conveying speed and increasing the diameter of the wax injection.

B. Relevant linear shrinkage often depends on wax injection temperature and pressure, intermittent and mold temperature, so reduce linear shrinkage:

1. Increase wax injection pressure.

2. Check whether the mold reaches the required temperature.

3 Increase the cycle waxing time.

4 Increase the diameter of the wax injection port of the mold.
