What Is Plastic Bonding?

Plastic bonding UV glue is the mutual adhesion and self-adhesion between plastics. It provides customers with glues with various viscosity and transparency requirements. It is suitable for a variety of application environment requirements, such as automotive lights, toys, handicraft assembly, pipes, electronic components. Bonding. Typical adhered plastic materials are: PET, PC, ABS, PVC, PS, PMMA, etc.

Plastic adhesive UV adhesive is the mutual adhesion and self-adhesion between plastics, providing customers with various viscosity and transparency requirements
1. Fast fixing speed, maximum bonding strength can be achieved in 30 90 seconds.
2. High adhesion and bonding strength, can maintain long-term adhesion.

1. Clean the surface of the adhered material. If any cleaning agent remains on the surface of the material after cleaning, blow or wipe it dry, and then apply the glue after it is completely dry.
2. Apply glue evenly to one side of the plastic surface, and place the other side of the plastic lightly on the surface where the glue is applied. Press hard to expel the air bubbles and evenly distribute the glue. Make sure that the glued parts are covered by glue. (The ideal adhesive layer thickness is 0.01 ~ 0.05mm), and finally fix the position.
3. Use a cloth or paper towel to wipe off the excess glue around the plastic (do not use solvents such as water, alcohol, acetone, etc.). Do not expose the glue to ultraviolet light before this step.
4. Irradiate with an ultraviolet lamp with a main emission wavelength of 365nm until the adhesive layer is completely cured (the irradiation time depends on the type, power, irradiation distance, and UV transmittance of the plastic, etc.).
5. After the UV light is cured, if there is still overflowing glue around the plastic, it can be scraped off with a blade.
1. Packaging specifications are 50g / bottle, 250g / bottle, 1kg / bottle, please contact us for special packaging specifications.
2. Store in a cool and ventilated place (ideal storage temperature: 5-30 ° C) and sealed. The validity period is 1 year.
