What is Seitai?
Seitai is a form of treatment that uses its own natural restorative properties of the body than to rely on external resources. It was founded by Haruchika Noguchi, although the term Seitai was created by Kenko Hojikai, which was created by the Japanese government before the Second World War. The group's mandate was to collect information about traditional therapeutic techniques in Japan if they were lost during the war. Seitai was made of a combination of these techniques.
The word "Seitai" means a real spiritual and physical state . After studying various healing techniques of Japan, the Kenko Hojikai group concluded that the inner life force of the individual is the most important part of its overall health. The group believed that each person's body had its own specific make -up and the resting state in which it worked best. The aim was to find techniques that allowed individuals who were out of balance to restore their own real state without external interference.
Noguchi Haruchika, a member of the Kenko Hojikai group, is generally considered to be the founder of this method, which can also be written as sei-tai . This form of alternative medicine carries some similarities to Japanese bone techniques known as hone tsugi as well as the Chinese pharmacological method of healing known as kampo . However, Seitai techniques focus more on what is called ki rather than specific bone or drug healing. After the dissolution of the Group Hojikai continued Haruchika found by the Japanese Foundation Seitai.
ki is often defined as Life Force and is also used to indicate the soul. The practicing from Seitai is assumed that KI always flows through the body. Areas where the flow of ki is weak or slow will suffer from illness or injury. Seitai techniques are trying to Redirect KI into these areas.
This form of treatment can use countless techniques. Some experts touch the patientToo and try different forms of body reading to encourage ki to freely flow. Others focus on exercise classes and help patients determine areas in their bodies where KI is missing. Theoretically, be familiar with the real condition of the body, it will allow the patient to redirect his own ki and recover. Seitai techniques place the burden of responsibility for healing to an individual, rather than on external sources such as diet or environment.
