How Do I Choose the Best Dysthymia Treatment?
The correct diagnosis of arrhythmia is very important to choose a co-operative treatment method. If a diagnosis error occurs, the treatment method may be incorrect. The implanted electrocardiogram recording device recently applied can record the changes of the electrocardiogram when symptoms occur, which provides greater help in the diagnosis. But for many patients, the correct diagnosis is also very helpful to determine the diagnosis. After the diagnosis is established, the etiology or inducement of arrhythmia should be further clarified, and a new disease may be discovered in the process. After finding the cause, we must first treat the cause. For example, in patients with atrial fibrillation caused by hyperthyroidism, using antiarrhythmic drugs alone will not only have poor results, but the risk of side effects caused by increasing the dose will increase. In patients with coronary heart disease, ventricular arrhythmias can occur during the onset of angina pectoris. Myocardial ischemia should be improved first, and antiarrhythmic drugs should not be preferred. From the experience of CAST, Na + channel blockers should not be used as preventive drugs.
Arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment techniques and misunderstandings
- Correct diagnosis
- This book summarizes the long-term work experience of experts who have been engaged in the treatment of arrhythmia, and brings together the problems that may be encountered in the clinical treatment of arrhythmia. The book includes arrhythmia consultation, electrocardiogram diagnosis, electrophysiological examination, and radiofrequency ablation treatment. Content, these experiences are precious and delicate, which is very helpful to the clinical treatment of cardiovascular doctors
- Author :( day) Satoshi Ogawa Jia Dalin, professor, chief physician. He was admitted to the medical department of China Medical University in 1980 and obtained his master's degree from China Medical University in 1989. He received his Ph.D. from China Medical University in 2001.
After graduating in 1989, he began to participate in clinical and interventional diagnosis and treatment in the Department of Circulation Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, including coronary angiography, pacemaker placement, cardiac catheterization of congenital heart disease, and so on. From 1996 to 1998, he was trained in the Affiliated Hospital of Japan Medical University. In the basic aspects: research on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury, heart protection and other aspects of experimental animals; in the clinical aspect: mainly the clinical research of coronary interventional therapy. In 1998 he was promoted to associate professor and deputy chief physician. After returning to China, he still conducts cooperative research with Japanese Medical University, and is currently a visiting researcher at the Affiliated Hospital of Japanese Medical University. He is mainly engaged in basic and clinical research of coronary heart disease in China, and now he has completed more than 500 cases of percutaneous coronary intervention. He was promoted to professor and chief physician in 2004. He has published more than 40 papers in medical journals at home and abroad. Compiled "ECG of Coronary Heart Disease" and co-edited several books. Undertake national and provincial scientific research projects. The research results won the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
