What Is an Elbow Wrap?
Qimen's 13 cubits, also known as 13 cubits, is a short elbow with a unique style of attack. The elbow and the hard section are short and the force is just exploding. There is a saying in the martial arts that it would be better to take ten punches than one elbow. This elbow movement is simple and capable, using three or five movements in a series, swift and fierce, fast and strong, short hits, stretches without losing rigidity, compact and graceful. It is used in actual combat, to advance with the flash, to roll the body, and to change our footsteps so that we are always in an active position.
