What is the knee recording?

Clicking on the knee is a procedure used if it is necessary to protect the patella or Kneecap from maintaining some type of injury. Tap can be held because of an existing problem that puts some stress on Kneecap, such as tightness in tendons and muscles around patella, or as a means to reduce movement if Kneecap began to move an unusual pattern while walking or running. Athletes and people who live sedentary lives can use knee recording to help reduce the knee joint damage.

Before the doctor starts uploading to his knee, he normally involves what is known as tracking . Tracking is basically a process that allows the patient to go through a series of bending and straightening the exercise, while the doctor monitors the movement of the knee. This can allow you to determine what is happening when the patient begins to feel pain. If the doctor notices that the tendons appear to be ignited or that Kneecap moves to the unpleasant position during bending and stretching, which is a sign that knee recording is probably a good idea.

The knee recording techniques are a bit more complex than the dressing simply to get a bandage and start packing it around Kneecap. In fact, two types of knee tape are used in the procedure. Each type of tape provides a specific function that allows the patient to move with relative freedom without experiencing great pain.

on the knee tapes, start with shaving Kneecap and the area immediately surrounding the knee. This prevents any draft or grip of hair while bandaging. Shaving also provides a knee recording with a smooth surface that allows the tape to adhere properly and keeps the cover in place throughout the day.

Once the knee is shaved, continue recording your knees using a layer of white protective topics to the knee joint. This tape will follow the skin and help minimize any abnormal movement of Kneecap and also fromto alleviate any pressure resulting from inflamed tendons and surrounding muscles. You want to complete your knee recording, apply brown tape wrapper to the area. This tape stretches and also has some adhesive properties that also promote the limitation of Kneecap movement.

When the knee recording is properly performed, the patient begins to feel pain in a few moments. The dressing should be tight enough to provide support, but not so tight to irritate the skin or create unpleasant pressure on the pin itself. Physiotherapists can teach patients how to record their knees quickly and efficiently, which allows you to exercise your knee and over time.
