What is the hind leg?

The hind limb, also commonly written as two words, the hind limb, is one of the rear legs on any four -legged animal. This includes the entire limb, from the hip to the fingers. The rear limbs can be adapted to the size of the forelegs, but in many animals the hind limbs increase than the forelegs and provide the animal with additional strength to hunt or escape. There is evidence that some animals that do not have a hind limb had these pendants and walked on the ground instead of crawling or swimming, as today. Hunters such as cheetahs have very muscular hind legs that allow them to explore speed to capture their prey. Chepar's hind limbs seem proportional to its body, but for some animals the hind limb has developed to the extent that even a fleeting view shows a clear difference between the hind leg and the preference. They use these legs to provide strength to leak predators and cover the ground in large and bouncy steps that often take them to safety. Kangaroos andWallabies have even more pronounced differences between the rear structure and the structure of the front structures, with very large, heavy back legs and small fine front limbs, which serve almost as hands and arms, even if they are also using their front legs to walk.

whales and other marine mammals have evidence that they had the hind limbs in their evolutionary past, but evidence is usually not visible in adult animals. During their development, the embryo of many of these mammals show real outer hind legs, but at the time the animal is born, no longer visible signs. The limbs either disappear completely, or remain as remains, visible only when an animal skeleton is exposed.

Scientists found fossil evidence that prehistoric ancestors of snakes also had the hind limbs. Snakes have evolved to the extent that an adult snake shows no visible evidence of a hind conThe plant, but in many cases, has the evolving snake very distinctive signs of the hind legs while it is still in the egg. They disappear when the snake becomes fully developed and there are few or no grades at the time when the snake is giguled.
