Movements are carried out after jumping on a trampoline at a height of about 25 ft (about 7.5 m). Trampolining requires athletic strength and body control and since 2000 it has been an Olympic sport. Relationship and landing can be done from the legs, front of the body or from the back of the body. Movements in the competition of trampolines are performed with many different body movements and include most parts of the body.

With legs and arms, Piked Tahles is done to the body - the arm and legs in this movement sometimes touch the hand and legs. The folded movement is done with the legs and arms that are both bent - the knees are pulled into the chest and the arms are folded around the legs. The

trampoline competition must be launched on the feet and ended on the feet and between them is completed 10 touches of the trampoline surface.
