What is the endangered species?

Endangered species is a group of plants or animals that are now so little in the number of extinction. Without legislative protection, most endangered species will no longer be present on Earth. Since the extensive industrialization in the 19th century, the evil of animals on all continents has increased significantly. Animals and plants can become endangered species due to chemical pollutants, habitat destruction or hunting. For example, some scientists theorized, for example, that a buffalo that has quickly encountered extinction after Europeans colonized America would extract over excessive native Americans. Although colonization accelerated the demise of the buffalo, the increasing population of native Americans could have the same effect. IT is the idea that Mammoth has died strictly because of excessive hunting. No use of chemicals or industrialization has led to extinction, but the growing population does.

Yet nature explains that from the industryThe ialization is threatened by more animal and plant populations than ever before. With the alarming number of these endangered species, nature is preserved that the survival of all creatures is becoming more dangerous. Extinction causes disturbance of the natural order. For example, a predator that dies causes excessive prey populations. The prey of dying reduces predators. The chain effect caused by the loss of one species can affect everything in environment to animals to animals.

The term, endangered species, can also be a legal term. At the beginning of the 70th year, the US approved endangered species. Not all endangered plants and animals automatically get on the list. Environmentalists must apply for a species, even then may not result in the classification of endangered species, even if the organism is in fact endangered.

This act was an important legislation, but environmentalists often criticized him for burdening the protection to individuals rather than the government. The law can declare the species protected and OMEzite building, hunting, fishing in certain areas or specifying the development of habitats. Unfortunately, it often does not reach far enough to obtain compliance with private individuals or corporations.

There are more than 2,500 legally classified endangered species, of which more than 300 species listed in California and Florida. The impact of the loss of this many species from the continent is incalculable. When protection works, the species can be reduced to endangered status. The US and other countries have done a lot to protect some species, but not everyone recovered from an endangered state.

In some cases, the numbers have been reduced so far that the available population simply cannot recover. ZOO programs offer some assistance to animal breeding. However, captivity animals often do not know how to behave in the wild and cannot be re -introduced into protected areas. Even with protection, the dangers of poachers in some parts of the world represent a significant threat to endangered species. This is especially true of the large cats of Asia and Africa,as well as elephants on both continents that are still illegally killed to obtain ivory.

with greater caution is hoped to recover some endangered species. Many will not. Environmentalists warn that the immediacy with which most people do their lives can eventually lead to our own extinction because we reduce biological possibilities on our country.
