What is Yohimbe?

Yohimbe, more specifically chemical yohimbine, allegedly treats sexual dysfunction such as low libido and impotence. We take Yohimbe, a herb accessory, from the bark of an evergreen tree that grows in Western Africa. In fact, alternative medicine has been approved in one specific form of the FDA, which is to be distributed by doctors treating erectile dysfunction. Other unregulated forms are available as a vitamin compound. Men and women enjoyed the mixed Yohimbe powder for increased sexual pleasure and perseverance. Sometimes higher doses were used in other capacities such as spiritual rituals. These mixtures have different yohimbine efficiency of the key component. An unregulated vitamin supplement is sold via the counter to allegedly treat sexual dysfunction. It is recommended that you heat Yohimbe in acidic solution to release active chemicals. Then cooking can be taken several hours before sexual activity.

scienceCI studied Yohimbe and found that alkaloid yohimbine actually releases norepinephrine, a hormone that stimulates sexual organs and increases blood flow in the genitalia. In fact, the pharmacies produced also make the body to produce more norepinephrine in people suffering from impotence. Doctors may therefore prescribe a high dose of Yohimbe extract with high efficiency. This treatment is not related to the alleged aphrodisiac properties of herbs, which means that it can increase sexual desire and functioning.

As well as any supplement, it is necessary to be careful to avoid strong side effects, allergies or other consulting drugs with an experienced doctor. Yohimbe should not be used in most antidepressants, decongestants or cardiac medicine. It is not recommended for those who have heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, problems with circulation, anxiety or bipolar disorder. The herb expands blood vessels and increases circulation and heart rate so yohimbe can cause a rapid heart rhythm, trembling anxiety, vomiting, dizziness and insomnia. Don't mix it with alcohol.
