What is the cranial cavity?
The cranial cavity is a space found inside the skull of a human skull. There are several organs and structures in the skull, including the brain. There are a total of eight skull bones that are connected together to form a cranial cavity.

The cerebrospinal fluid acts as a shock to the brain and spinal cord. This prevents damage that occurs during normal movements, such as walking, as well as minor falls or other injuries. Other liability from cerebrospinal fluid is to supply nutrients to different parts of the central nervous system. This fluid also works to remove waste materials from the brain and spinal cord.
