What Is the Navicular Bone?

The scaphoid is a small bone in the wrist. The scaphoid is near the radial side of the row, and its shape is like a boat, hence its name. But it is irregular, long and narrow on the back, forming a joint with the radius. When the fall was injured, the palm of the hand hit the ground, and the scaphoid was the first to be pressed between the radius and the skull to form a fracture. The scaphoid is difficult to heal because of its high shear force and poor blood flow.
