Are identical twins really identical?
Idential twins, also known as monozygotic twins, are born when the mother of a single fertilized egg is divided into two parts after conception. Because they are made of the same zygota, their DNA is almost indistinguishable. Although these twins have the same basic genetic make -up, it is interesting to note that they do not have the same fingerprints. Because they are relatively rare, they often attract great curiosity. It is estimated that there are only 10 million pairs in the world, which means that about 1 in 80 birth is the result of twins pregnancy.
Recently, scientists have also shown the existence of "semi-identical" twins that were born when one egg is fertilized by two sperm before division into two parts. This results in twins that have identical genes from their mother, but different genes from the father. However, this form of twins pregnancy is quite unusual.
Although identical twins have many similarities, there are fine differences. For example, many pairs have different weights or heights. This may happen JAKO result of diet differences, serious illnesses or different connections to the placenta, while the twins were still in the womb.
These twins also have personality differences. They may have different hobbies and interests, and one twins can be more outgoing, while the other is quiet and shy. In fact, some scientists believe that the same twins will take over the stereotypical characteristics of the order of birth associated with the first born and youngest children, although they are usually born just a few minutes apart.
parents of the same twins often contribute to personality differences in their children. Although it was once popular when they dressed them in the corresponding clothes and treated them as a part of the couple, many parents are now determined to help their children develop a strong individual identity. They encourage its twins to create a narrow bond, but celebrate the features that make each child unique.
D The differences between these twins are difficult to understand, people can consider them to be two chocolate biscuits made of the same recipe. Although the same basic ingredients are used for the dough, it is impossible to create two completely identical cookies. Soft differences in size, color and texture are simply inevitable, as the position of the cookie in the oven determines how evenly it is baked. In this way they contribute to the differences of both nature and sting.
