What Is a Cross Staff?

"Cross-party members" generally refer to people with dual party membership. In China's political life, there are two situations of "cross-party members". One refers to members with two democratic party memberships, which are generally referred to as cross-members; the other refers to the membership of democratic parties who retain their membership in the Democratic Party after joining the CCP Or members of the Communist Party of China who work in democratic party organs and need to join the comrades of the Democratic Party because of their work.
