Chapter III Members
Article 7 The members of the Association are divided into group members and individual members.
Article 8 All enterprises, institutions and related personnel who are enthusiastically engaged in the solar energy industry can join the Association. Members applying to join the Association must voluntarily and support the Association's constitution, pay membership dues on time, and meet the following conditions.
(1) Group members: legally registered enterprises engaged in solar energy production, research and development, and scientific research in Shandong Province; upstream and downstream enterprises in the solar energy industry chain; social organizations, institutions, research institutes, and colleges and universities related to the solar energy industry Wait.

Article 9 The procedure for membership membership is:

Article 10 Members enjoy the following rights:

Article 13 Any member who commits a serious violation of this Articles of Association shall be removed by voting by the Board of Directors or the Standing Council.
Chapter IV Organizations and Personnel in Charge
Article 14 The highest authority of the Association is the General Assembly. The functions of the General Assembly are:
(1) Formulating and revising the articles of association;
(2) election and removal of directors;
(3) Review the work report of the Council;
(4) Deciding on termination matters;
(5) Formulating and revising the standard of membership fees;
(6) Decide on other major matters.
Article 15 The general meeting of members must be attended by more than two-thirds of its members, and its resolutions must be approved by more than half of the members present at the meeting.
Article 16 The General Assembly is four years in length. In special circumstances, if it is necessary to advance or postpone the renewal, it shall be approved by the council, but the postponed renewal shall not exceed one year.
Article 17 The Board of Governors is the executive body of the General Assembly. During the intersessional period, it leads the Association to carry out daily work and is responsible to the General Assembly.
Article 18 The functions and powers of the Council are:
(1) implementing the resolutions of the general meeting;
(2) Election and removal of the chairman, deputy chairman, and secretary general;
(3) preparing to convene a general meeting of members;
(4) reporting to the general meeting;
(5) Decide on the admission and removal of members;
(6) Deciding to establish offices, branches, representative offices and entities;
(7) Deciding on the appointment of the Deputy Secretary-General and the principals of various agencies;
(8) Formulating internal management systems;
(9) Deciding on other major matters;
(10) Lead the institutions of the Association to carry out their work.
Article 19 The council must be attended by more than two-thirds of the directors, and its resolutions must take effect after more than two-thirds of the directors vote.
Article 20 The Council shall meet at least once a year; in special circumstances, it may also be held in the form of communication.
Article 21 The Association establishes a standing council. The standing council is elected by the council, and during the intersessional period of the council, it exercises the powers of Articles 18, 1, 5, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 and is responsible to the council.
Article 22 The standing council must be attended by more than two-thirds of the executive directors to be convened, and its resolutions can take effect only after two or more of the standing council members have voted to pass.
Article 23 The standing council meets at least half a year; in special circumstances, it may also be held in the form of communication.
Article 24 The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Association must meet the following requirements:

(3) The maximum age of office of the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general shall not exceed 70 years;

Article 27 The President of the Association is the legal representative of the Association. Under special circumstances, the Secretary-General may be the legal representative of the Association. The legal representative of a member does not concurrently act as the legal representative of another association.
Article 28 The President of the Association exercises the following functions and powers:
(1) Convene and chair the council (or standing council);
(2) to check the implementation of the resolutions of the General Assembly and the Council (or the Standing Council);
(3) Sign relevant important documents on behalf of the Association;
(4) To report to the General Assembly on behalf of the Council.
Article 29 The office of the council and the executive council is the secretariat of the association. The work of the Secretariat is chaired by the Secretary-General. Article 30 The Secretary-General of the Association exercises the following functions and powers:

Chapter V Industry Self-Regulation
Article 31 The implementation of industry self-discipline is an important form of implementing the Energy Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China, optimizing the allocation of resources, and promoting the healthy development of the economy. An effective way of self-development is also an important part of the Association's various activities.
Article 32 The main objectives of industry self-regulation:
(1) Self-regulation of total production. According to market demand and production capacity of member units, organize and coordinate enterprises to regulate production volume and maintain supply and demand balance under the premise of production process.
(2) Price discipline. According to the needs of the market, regular or irregular price coordination meetings are held, modern information means are used to regularly release price indexes, and the implementation of supervision is checked.
(3) Self-discipline of social responsibility. While gaining economic benefits, enterprises must bear responsibility for social security, national development, community construction, labor rights and other aspects. Solar energy enterprises must strictly implement national labor protection regulations, respect the legal rights and interests of workers, protect the physical and mental health of workers, care about employees' lives, and maximize the enthusiasm of employees for production. Chapter VI Principles of Asset Management and Use
Article 33 Sources of funding of the Association:

(2) donation;

Article 34 The Association collects membership dues in accordance with relevant state regulations.
Article 35 The funds of the Association must be used for the development of the business scope and cause specified in the Articles of Association, and shall not be distributed among its members. The main expenditures of the Association are:
(1) expenditures for carrying out activities;
(2) Salaries, benefits, insurance and other expenses of staff;
(3) Remuneration and travel expenses of hired personnel and experts;

Article 36 The Association strictly implements the "Accounting System for Civil Non-Profit Organizations" and establishes a sound financial management system to ensure that accounting information is legal, authentic, accurate, and complete.
Article 37 The Association is equipped with professionally qualified accountants, and the accountant may not concurrently serve as a cashier. Accountants must perform accounting calculations and implement accounting supervision. When transferring or leaving an accountant, the accountant must go through the transfer formalities with the person taking over.
Article 38 The asset management of the Association must implement the financial management system prescribed by the state, and accept the supervision of the General Assembly and the financial department. If the source of assets is a state appropriation or social donation or funding, it must be subject to the supervision of the auditing agency and the relevant situation shall be announced to the society in an appropriate manner.
Article 39 Before the Association changes or changes its legal representative, it must accept the financial audit organized by the registration management organization of the society and the competent business unit.

Chapter VII Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association

Chapter VIII Termination Procedure and Disposal of Property After Termination

Article 45 The termination resolution of the Association shall be approved by the general meeting of the members and submitted to the competent business unit for review and approval.

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions
