During this period, factory staff were often forced to pay ozumna prices in the company's shops and tried to meet the goals. Poor lifestyle meant that most people had few chances to get forward and the same was true for their children. Over time, workers began to organize cooperatives to handle housing, food, banking and other needs of a democratic way that the cooperative members served rather than the company's owner.
In cooperation, each member has a voice in the cooperative's pzavy, with many cooperatives having a scalated shares system, allowing some people to doa more inspection. Members cooperate in the operation of the company in a way that suits their best interests, usually generates minimal profits and sinks these profits to improve. CO-OPS can be owned by a worker, or can also be open to the general public and relies on the cooperation of all members, often including volunteering and willingness to take gross with smooth.
cooperative banks, housing organizations, public services, farms and shops can be found worldwide. Many of these organizations support, in addition to the democratic principles, to support the feeling of community. For example, cooperative housing often includes the main community building where meetings are held, classes are offered, and community members may encounter TPs to discuss problems. Cooperatives are often structured in a way that is accessible to people at all levels of income and many cooperations have strict policies, which are designed to prevent discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation, class, etc.
Any number of objectives can meet cooperation. For example, the building could use resources and work from its members to build a community and after the need for a cooperative has met. The cooperative bookstore can be associated with a political organization or university to raise funds for a larger organization, or a cooperative that provides members, investment counseling and many other services could be established.
