- Due to the emergence of the above three categories of needs, the current domestic training for vocational trainers mainly includes the following four categories:
- PTT
- (1) Assistant Enterprise Trainer (one with one of the following requirements)
- 1. With a college degree or equivalent, one year internship period expires, formal training at the current level in the profession has reached standard hours, and a certificate of completion (completion) has been obtained;
- 2. Have a college degree or equivalent, have been engaged in vocational training for at least 3 years, have reached the standard number of hours after formal training at this level, and obtained a certificate of completion (completion);
- 3. Have a college degree or above, have obtained the relevant professional junior title certificate or vocational professional training for at least 2 years, have reached the standard number of hours after formal training in this occupation and this level, and obtained a completion certificate
- (2) Enterprise trainer (one with one of the following conditions)
- 1. Obtain a master's degree, have engaged in vocational training for at least 2 years, have reached the standard number of hours after formal training at this level and obtained a certificate of completion (completion);
- 2. University degree or equivalent, engaged in vocational training for 4 years;
- 3. Obtain the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant professional trainer for 3 years, and have reached the standard number of hours after formal training in this level of the profession, and obtained the certificate of completion (completion);
- 4, with college degree or equivalent, engaged in vocational training for 7 years, after formal training at the level of this occupation reached the standard number of hours, and obtained a certificate of completion (completion);
- 5. College degree or above, obtained relevant professional title certificate, national vocational qualification certificate, and engaged in vocational training for more than 4 years; or relevant professional intermediate title certificate, national vocational qualification certificate, engaged in vocational training Worked for more than 1 year. After formal training in this occupation, he reached standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
- Advanced Corporate Trainer Certificate
- (3) Senior corporate trainer (one with one of the following conditions)
- 1. Normal application conditions meet one of the following conditions
- (1) After obtaining a doctorate degree, he has engaged in vocational training for 3 years.
- (2) After obtaining a doctorate degree, he has been engaged in vocational training for 2 years, and has reached the required standard number of hours of training at the current level of the profession, and obtained a certificate of completion (completion);
- (3) After obtaining a master's degree, he has engaged in vocational training for 5 years;
- (4) After obtaining a master's degree, he has engaged in vocational training for 4 years.
- (5) obtained a master's degree, and obtained a professional qualification certificate for a professional trainer for at least one year,
- (6) Have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and have obtained a professional qualification certificate for vocational trainers for at least 2 years,
- (7) Have a college degree (or equivalent), have obtained the national vocational qualification certificate of the relevant occupation, have been engaged in vocational training for more than 3 years, have reached the standard number of hours after formal training at this level, and have completed certificate.
- 2. Unusual declaration conditions:
- In addition to those who meet the above normal reporting requirements, those who have a college degree or above and one of the following conditions are not subject to qualifications (working years), vocational qualifications and other conditions, and apply directly for the qualification assessment of senior professional trainers:
- (1) Obtained the title of technical expert above the provincial level;
- (2) Obtained the title of subject leader recognized by the municipality or above or the title of a young and middle-aged expert who has made outstanding contributions above the city level;
- (3) Obtained labor model above provincial level; May 1st labor medal above provincial level.
- (4) Major finishers who have won the second or higher prize for technological innovation, invention, creation, promotion, and application at the provincial level or above, or the first prize at the municipal level.
- (5) Those who have obtained senior professional and technical positions and are engaged in this profession;
- (6) Those who have worked in this occupation for more than 3 years after obtaining intermediate professional technical positions in this occupation;
- (7) Those who have college degree or above or equivalent, have engaged in vocational training for 15 years, and have outstanding performance,
- Excellent performance means meeting one of the following conditions:
- (1) The main finishers who have won the second prize of municipal technology innovation, invention, creation, promotion and application.
- (2) During the service of the army, he was honored as the second-class or above due to his outstanding vocational training.
- (3) Independently publish 3 academic papers in public journals above the provincial level; or formally publish monographs or translations should be no less than one-third, and independently publish 1 academic paper in public journals above the provincial level: Compilation of officially published teaching materials and teaching staff (I write no less than 20,000 words);
- (4) The top 3 main bearers of teaching research and teaching reforms at the provincial level and above, and passed the demonstration or appraisal by experts at the provincial level or above;
- (5) Competent in integrated teaching, with outstanding achievements in teaching and research, and conducted teaching demonstration courses at or above the provincial level.
