What Is an Afterimage?

Afterimage training is a part of Nanada Shinkyo's education vision training. It is a wonderful visual residual image produced by using human eyes to stare at one or more colors for a long time, then closing their eyes or turning to another plane (white wall or paper). A very effective basic training method to cultivate the right brain imagination. This visual afterimage is generally the complement of the color you are looking at.

Afterimage training

First, start from the basics in the basics-[orange card]-afterimage training, then use colored (or your favorite pattern) [solid point card] training, and finally use [animation card] for training. Finally, the four-phase goal achieved by afterimage training is achieved:
STEP1: See complementary color;
STEP2: See primary colors through imagination (restore image)
STEP3: Dots or graphics in the middle are transformed into different colors or shapes;
STEP4: The image you see is moving. You can imagine the shape and trajectory of the control image.
1. Afterimage training can be performed 1-2 times a day.
2. Each training time is controlled at about 5 minutes.
3. Each type of afterimage card can be trained for one week.
4. At the beginning of training, you should start with an orange card. After reaching the training effect, you can enter the next stage, and you can choose a card from the master according to the baby's situation later.
