What is afterimage?

Afterimage is a false image that occurs when an object or picture that one looks like still appears in the field of vision of the person even after it is no longer looking at it. This effect may occur in positive and negative forms, depending on the figure or object that is viewed. Positive affimaties consist of an image left in its original color or form, while a negative effect occurs when the image that remains, opposite in color or tone. Afterimage is often caused by the physical properties of the eye, rather than the brain. When someone stares into a bright light, such as a burning bulb or the sun, and then turns away from this light source, light will usually continue to see. Direct visual exposure to intensive light, such as the sun, can cause permanent damage to the Eano person and should be avoided. Looking at the bright light is also a stay that remains in the form of bright light, which is referred to as a positive image.

Negative ifTeimage is usually created because of a view of a picture or object that is designed as an optical illusion. These illusions often consist of intense colors, which one stares for about a minute, and then looks away from the white wall or sheet of paper. The picture remains in the field of vision, even if it looks away and usually appears as a negative image with respect to color or tone. This means that a white ifteimage of a black object appears, while a bright green box creates a picture of a red spirit.

The way in which negative absorption occurs is associated with how the human eye perceives colors and tones. Photoreceptors in the eye are responsible for information such as light and color, and then this information is converted into visual images that the brain understands. When a particular color is accepted in excessive quantities, for example by staring at the green box for a minute, then photoreceptors are dissensted to received data. Once a man from tOhoto will turn away from this picture, then other photoreceptors compensate for those that have dispensed, generate a fake image until the photoreceptors in the eye occur and disappear about a minute later.
