All companies operating air medical rescue services in China are required to be approved by the China Civil Aviation Administration (CAAC) of 135 Class A general airlines, and all need to meet the China Civil Aviation Administration's Order No. 176 operating standards.
The captain's regulations regarding Decree No. 176 are as follows:

(a) When an aircraft that is type-certified as two pilots is operating in accordance with these rules, the pilot who is the captain of the aircraft shall hold an airline transport pilot's license with the appropriate category and class and, if necessary, There are types suitable for the aircraft.
(b) Except as provided in paragraph (a) of this section, a pilot who is the captain of an aircraft in operations conducted under visual flight rules shall meet the following requirements:
(1) At least a commercial pilot's license with the appropriate class level and class level, and, if necessary, a type class appropriate to the aircraft;
(2) At least 500 hours of pilot flight time, including at least 100 hours of transit flight time, of which at least 25 hours are completed at night;
(3) When operating an aircraft, hold an aircraft instrument rating or airline transport pilot license; for a rotorcraft that performs flying on clouds in accordance with visual flight rules, hold a rotorcraft instrument rating.
(c) Except as provided in paragraph (a) of this section, pilots serving as aircraft captains in operations implemented in accordance with the Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) shall meet the following requirements:
(1) At least 1200 hours of pilot flight experience time, including 500 hours of transit flight time, 100 hours of night flight time, and 75 hours of actual or simulated instrument time (of which at least 50 hours are actual flight);
(2) When operating an aircraft, hold the aircraft instrument rating; when operating a rotorcraft, hold the rotorcraft instrument rating.
(d) The pilot in command of the aircraft may deviate from the requirements of paragraph (3) (3) of this section without having to hold an instrument rating when all of the following conditions are met:
(1) The aircraft is a single-engine aircraft driven by a piston engine;
(2) approved by the Administrator to fly in areas where landmark navigation is mainly used because radio navigation is unreliable;
(3) Each flight is carried out in accordance with the daytime visual flight rules (VFR), which meets the basic weather rule minimum weather mark of 91.155 of CCAR-91
