What is the Menopause induced?
Induced menopause can refer to several ways that the ovaries stop functioning, which will end the production of hormones such as estrogen and progesterone, which help control the monthly cycle of a woman. Most women will experience regular menopause at the age of 40 at the beginning of the 50th year, but sometimes menopause is much earlier because of medical need. This is said to be evoked and may occur due to surgical procedure or for the necessary medical intervention. This could treat ovarian cancer or reduce its risk, or it could be necessary in conjunction with hysterectomy. This surgery, oophorectomy, immediately leads to the occurrence of menopause. Without ovaries there is no ovulation and no production of basic hormones. Estrogen may be prescribed for menopause delay, but this is not possible in all cases, especially if the reason for oophorectomy is related to cancer or if the aim was to reduce female hormones.
The second form of induction of menopause is called medically induced menopause and thisThe situation is also often related to cancer. Chemotherapy and radiation treatment, no matter where they occur in the body, can lead to the ovaries not working. Some women remain fruitful after these treatments, but many are recommended to consider storage of OVA before the start of these treatments if they want to conceive in the future.
What varies between medically and surgically induced by menopause is that the medically induced form does not occur in 100% of women who have cancer treatment. Some women will not go to menopause or may, after it seems to be menopause, will start to ovulate again later. This would suggest that pregnancy prevention is still important, although it is likely that ovulation has actually ended. On the other hand, when the ovaries are surgical, there is no way to produce eggs or conceive the body.
In both types of induced menopause there are symptoms that itThey accompany, often considered much more drastic at the beginning. Menopause of common type is gradual and still unpleasant, but the induced type can immediately cause a number of serious symptoms, including flashes, vaginal dryness and mood swings; Symptoms can be erased sooner. Women who have a menopause induced soon must also be more monitored from a health perspective. These are greater risks for early heart disease, stroke and early osteoporosis. With monitoring and medication as needed to reduce these risks, most women lead a healthy life.
