- Pulmonary tuberculosis is a more common chronic infection caused by human or bovine tuberculosis, which is divided into two categories: primary (primary infection) and secondary (reinfection).
- Symptoms: long-term low fever, more than in the afternoon or evening, the next morning is normal, may be accompanied by burnout, fatigue, night sweats. Cough, expectoration, hemoptysis.
- Signs: There are diversity. When the lesions are mainly exudative or caseous pneumonia and the range is wide, percussion dullness, auscultation, bronchial breath sounds and fine wet murmurs appear.
- Sputum tuberculosis examination is the most specific method for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
- X-ray examination is necessary to diagnose tuberculosis.
- Most cases can be cured with anti-TB drugs. A small number of tuberculosis bulbs without timely and appropriate medical treatment or due to bacterial resistance, severe tissue destruction, cavity formation, repeated hemoptysis, or tuberculosis more than 2 cm in diameter require surgical treatment. The most commonly used are pneumonectomy and thoracotomy.
