The product becomes a non-volatile solid fluoride. The hexafluoride is separated, and the remaining hexafluoride bowl, hexafluoride, and volatile fission product fluoride are removed by sodium fluoride and magnesium fluoride adsorption bed armor. Finally, uranium hexafluoride was purified by distillation. A plant with a processing capacity of uranium has been built, but no operation of irradiated fuel has been carried out. ^[1]
