What is a screen buffer?
The buffer is part of the computer's physical memory that is used to store information when moving from one place in the system to another. The screen buffer is a buffer that specifically contains information that is preparing on the system screen. The buffer as a whole is used to organize data and ensure that they move from the place to effectively. The screen buffer shares many similarities with video and cache system, but is separated from both.
When a computer is traffic, it has several types of memory. Most of them fall into two categories: virtual and physical. In fact, physical memory is located in a memory storage system, such as random access modules (RAM) connected to the motherboard. Virtual memory is a low priority, but still important, the information that the system writes to the hard drive to release the room. This information is important, but it is not yet used. Because a computer system can contain information on manyAnd various places, the buffer allows all these systems to send important information to one place in anticipation of its needs. After the information is induced by use, everything is together and is ready to move to active memory.
Screen buffer collects all information and describes what is displayed on the system screen. This information comes from a large number of sources such as the system itself, user input devices, cameras and running programs. Often, more than one screen buffer is assembled to allow progressive images without delay.
The screen buffer is easily mixed with two other key systems: system cache and video memory. System cache is active information that the computer keeps useful for constant use. Cache has the same basic features as the buffer, but the buffer is a badseen after use while the cache is not. The computer assumes that once the buffer information is used, it will not need it again.
Video memory is a physical memory used by a graphics card to collect information before sending them to the main system. In order to remove stress from the computer processor, modern graphics cards are able to process and collect video information without interacting with the main computer. This information is stored on the tab until it is needed and then sent to the screen buffer.
