Today, talking about software is as common as taking a sip of water, so please tell me, what exactly is software and what is the software industry? I know this question is silly, not ordinary silly. Which reporter will not write a sought-after software article, and which company will not do a ten-fold-growing software business, that official will not talk about a global software strategy.
However, I still want to ask everyone, please tell me clearly what software is? When was software invented? How many years of development history? How did it develop? How many kinds of software are there? How is the software industry structured?
it is ... now
First of all, we must understand why the software industry has evolved so hierarchically, and what are the reasons and values for each category and level? In the above chart, we have roughly divided into 7 product categories, and their values are:
operating system
To "talk" to increasingly diverse hardware.
Foundation
To "talk" to an increasingly diverse operating system.
Business Foundation
In order to "talk" to the increasingly diverse infrastructure.
Colorful, more diverse and more unpredictable. The data varies greatly, and can even differ by one.
In the "No. 18 Policy of 2000 Encouraging the Development of the Software Industry and the Integrated Circuit Industry", the state put forward many related policies to support the development of domestic software companies. In the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the development goals of the software industry were clearly formulated: by 2005, software and service industry revenues will reach 250 billion yuan, and more than 20 software companies with annual turnover of more than 1 billion and a number of well-known software brands will be cultivated. The annual software export value is more than 1 billion US dollars, and strives to drive the scale of related industrial chains. However, it is also said that if India is to catch up with 2-3 years, it will not be possible to achieve a mere 1 billion US dollars.
New Circular 18
On the 23rd, Lin Zheying, Deputy Director of the Department of Trade in Services of the Ministry of Commerce, revealed at the China Software Innovation Forum and the Investment and Financing Forum that a "New Document No. 18" supporting the development of the software industry is in the pipeline, and the Ministry of Commerce is also making corresponding plans and preparations. The content of software export and service outsourcing will be incorporated into the country's "12th Five-Year Plan".
It is understood that a series of policies and measures, such as the Several Policies to Encourage the Development of the Software Industry and the Integrated Circuit Industry (ie, Document No. 18), which were implemented in 2000, have given domestic software companies a large amount of tax benefits, and will add 17% of the value-added tax. Down to 3%, but this policy is about to expire.
The industry believes that a series of new policies for the software industry are expected to be introduced at the end, and that the value-added tax rebate may be further strengthened. In addition, major national science and technology projects such as "nuclear high base" are also expected to receive subsidies.
