What is the tube?
The tube is a plate, a sheet or partition that is perforated by a pattern of holes designed for receiving pipes or pipes. These leaves are used to support and insulate tubes in thermal exchangers and boilers or to support filter elements. Depending on the application, the tube can be made of various metals or resin composites or plastic. The sheet pipe can be covered with a fertilized material that serves as a corrosion barrier and insulator and can also be equipped with a galvanic anode. The tubular sheets can be used in pairs in heat exchange applications or uniquely when the support elements in the filter. These devices consist of a thick arrangement of thin masonry tubes located inside the closed tubular shell. At both ends, the tubes are supported by leaves that are drilled in a predetermined pattern to finally walk through the leaf. The ends of the pipes that the penetratrubka expands to lock them in place and create a seal.
The tube arrangement forms the contained unit between the tubular leaves. The tubular leaves are then attached to the flanges inside the shell. Shell exceeds each tubular leaf and is sealed, thus creating two closed chambers at the ends of the tube tube. This creates an arrangement in which the heat exchanger consists of two separate end chambers of connected pipes that pass through the insulated space between the tubular leaves. The heated liquid is then transmitted from one end chamber to the other tube, where the cold liquid in the cavity between the tubes absorbs thermal energy.
The design of tubular leaves is a relatively accurate and complex process; It is necessary to create an accurate number of tubes and the formula of the holes is calculated to distribute them evenly over the surface of the tube. Large heat exchangers can have several Thousand tubes that pass, arranged in precisely calculated groups or bundles. The design and production of sheets is nowadays to a large extent automizoVying using CAD (CAD) software, which performs calculations and drilling of the tube made on computer numeric control machines (CNC).
Leaves used in thermal exchangers and boilers are often dressed by insulating layer, which also serve to protect against corrosion. The sacrificial or galvanic anode may also be attached to the leaf surface to further protect the tube from rust. The tubular sheets are also used on filter devices type cartridges to support individual filter elements. They are similar to high heat boiler varieties, except that they are usually made of resin composites or plastic and are generally used as individual units. Usually, less tubes are connected to the filter application, although the tube design must still be carefully calculated to ensure optimal performance.
